The HR profession is changing profoundly.
And with it, the necessary skills that make HR strategic partners of the company.
In 2023, we conducted a major study among HR professionals to identify the essential skills of tomorrow's HR.
These are broken down into 3 main pillars:
- Strategic skills: Support company problems by providing expertise and conviction
- Leadership skills: Promote your vision and influence decisions
- Intra-personal skills: Supporting individuals and teams towards the Future of Work

Acquiring these skills must be the priority today in order to properly understand the HR of tomorrow.
Based on this observation and this ambition, we created “Future of HR”.

A program designed by and for HR

“Future of HR” is a training program for HR.
It was co-built with experienced HR professionals from various sectors.

Focused on the skills of the future, it develops around 4 major axes:
- Self-awareness
- The Alumni network
- Continued development
- Monitoring and innovation

The program focuses on creating a lasting collective, beyond titles, to allow everyone to develop in contact with their peers, in a confidential environment.

A methodology aligned with your goals

The training is designed to facilitate the acquisition of tomorrow's skills and to create a community of mutual support supported by experts.

Each session consists of a group of 10 to 18 people and lasts between 9 and 12 months.
The program offers a balance between face-to-face and distance learning days, development center and personalized support and group work.

To end the training, a 360 degree evaluation is carried out in order to validate the achievements.

At the end of this one, you get access to the alumni network, which brings you strategic intelligence, semi-annual acculturation meeting and quality network.
