What is the difference with the Hogan Assessments courses that you offer?
The Hogan training includes a mandatory theoretical and validated basis that will be delivered to persons registered as part of a corporate training.The differentiating point of the Hogan Assessments training provided by Authentic Talent is the contextualization of the training, its deliverables and focus, in order to project and best serve certified future candidates. Depending on whether your priority project will focus on the development of employees or the selection, on the coaching of middle managers or the creation of informed succession plans, our training teams will support your project by offering the maximum number of keys of understanding applicable to serve the objectives that are yours.
How many people can be trained at the same time?
The Hogan Assessments Level 1 certification course is a rich, dense and intense experience. In order to best facilitate the acquisition of practical, applicable knowledge and an effective pedagogical atmosphere, our courses are delivered in groups of 9 maximum.
What training systems are possible?
Authentic Talent offers distance learning courses in half a day (4 consecutive days), face-to-face training in day format (2 consecutive days). Face-to-face training can be carried out in Paris or at the premises of our customers, anywhere in France.
Can I train people over time?
Yes! We will be happy to train your employees in the Hogan Assessments tool throughout the year, and will work with you to best support these people to facilitate homogeneity and consistency of practices and to build a pool of internal Hogan experts.
